SPARTANBURG, SOUTH CAROLINA, USA, October 23, 2023 /EINPresswire.com/ -- Hudson Automotive Group has entered into an agreement to acquire Vic Bailey Automotive of Spartanburg.

Vic Bailey Automotive has been a cornerstone of the Spartanburg community for more than 54 years, garnering a reputation for excellent customer service and providing a stress-free car buying experience. The transaction is expected to close in early December, adding five dealerships and a collision center to the Hudson Automotive Group.
