Arrest Made in Armed Carjacking (Gun) Offense: 1500 Block of C Street, Southeast

(Washington, DC) – Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department's Carjacking Task Force announce an arrest has been made in reference to an Armed Carjacking (Gun) offense that occurred on Wednesday, July 21, 2021, in the 1500 block of C Street, Southeast.

 

At approximately 11:00 pm, the suspects approached the victim, who was seated in a vehicle, at the listed location. The suspects brandished handguns and demanded the victim’s property. The victim complied and the suspects fled the scene in the victim’s vehicle.

 

On Thursday, August 11, 2022, 22 year-old Thomas Maikel Flood, of Northeast, DC, was arrested and charged with Armed Carjacking (Gun).
