("the Company") (OTCQB: COSM), an international pharmaceutical company, announced today that it has signed a definitive agreement with SunMed Biosciences Limited to be the exclusive representative and distribution agent of a rapid Diagnostic Detection Kit (DDK) into four EU countries: Germany, England, Greece and Cyprus. Specifically, this product is used for qualitative detection of the presence of IgM and/or IgG antibody to SARS-CoV-2, virus that causes COVID-19, in human serum, plasma and whole blood.

The Company looks forward to contributing in the fight against coronavirus utilizing its channels of distribution in the aforementioned geographic territories adding the DDK device to its portfolio of medical products for the protection and betterment of public health.
