Denmark and Sweden are Scandinavian countries with their individual focus on sustainable construction, as evident from the development of sustainable construction in Stockholm Port in Sweden and Sonderborg in Denmark. These have been identified as cities that have reduced carbon emissions by up to 25% by 2015 from that in 2008.
