Tanya Dzhibrailova once again tops the Highest Dollar Volume (Individual) list with $12,715,888. She has maintained the first place position for 11 of the past 12 quarters. She has been the company’s top producer for the past three years and is also the firm’s highest all-time producer in its 40-year history. She is based at the West Portal office.
Team Howe, scores the Highest Dollar Volume (Team) with $23,415.174. Team Howe (Sherri Howe, Kristin Rolph and Samantha Hailer) earned Zephyr’s 2017 Top Team Producer award. Sherri’s business is 85 percent referral, which is a testament to her constant care for her clients. Team Howe works from the Noe Valley office.
Mike Plotkowski takes the award for Largest Sale Representing Sellers with $5,500,000. Mike, a long-time Zephyr top producer, has an enviable track record and a large and loyal client base. He is based in Zephyr’s Pacific Heights office.
Kuntala Cheng wins the Largest Sale Representing Buyers award with $3,575,000. Originally from Hong Kong, Kuntala is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. She lived abroad before settling in San Francisco and has a very knowledgeable appreciation of the diverse cultural influences in the Bay Area. She works from the Upper Market office.
