D-BOX Technologies announces the election of its directors
MONTREAL, Aug. 14, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- D-BOX Technologies inc. (TSX:DBO) (“D-BOX” or the “Corporation”), a world leader in immersive entertainment experiences, held its annual and special meeting of shareholders today.
All of the proposed nominees for the Board of Directors in the proxy circular dated July 5, 2018, were elected at the Corporation’s annual and special meeting of the shareholders held this August 14 in Montreal.
The Board of Directors wants to mark the departure of Kit Dalaroy who will no longer be able to sit on the Board of D-BOX in order to comply with independence requirements related to his new role. His contributions to the progression of D-BOX since 2013 are greatly appreciated.
