President receives message from Cape Verdean counterpart

Luanda, ANGOLA, February 6 - A message from the President of Cape Verde, Jorge Carlos Fonseca, was delivered Tuesday in Luanda to the Angolan Head of State, João Lourenço.,

The bearer of the message is the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Communities and Defense of Cape Verde, Luís Filipe Tavares, who was received in audience at the Presidential Palace.
