Dr. Gerard Santos joins Somnus Sleep Center at their clinic in Waldorf, Maryland

WALDORF, MARYLAND, USA, February 1, 2018 /EINPresswire.com/ -- Somnus Sleep Center is excited to announce the addition of a new Physician to the practice, Dr. Gerard Santos. Dr. Santos is board-certified in both Sleep Medicine and Internal Medicine Dr. Santos is licensed in Maryland and Virginia and has been treating sleep conditions since 2004.

It was his time spent as an Internal Medicine physician where Dr. Santos developed a passion for sleep medicine and treating chronic sleep conditions.

He states, “during my early medical practice as an internist, I realized that so many of my patients had sleep disorders” he found that effective treatment of sleep conditions not only improved quality of life but also alleviated other conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, and obesity.

Somnus Sleep Center has successfully treated thousands of patients with chronic sleep disorders since opening in Waldorf Maryland in 2014.
