Cyclone Power Technologies Signs LOI to Form Subsidiary for Cyclone’s Microgrid Technologies

Cyclone Power Technologies has teamed with Genesis Design–Build LLC. to form Cyclone Thermal Storage Genesis LLC, a subsidiary of Cyclone Power Technologies

POMPANO BEACH, FLORIDA, UNITED STATES, January 25, 2018 /EINPresswire.com/ -- POMPANO BEACH, FL, January 25, 2018, Cyclone Power Technologies, (OTCPK: CYPW) Cyclone Power Technologies is identifying their place in the emerging electric utility Microgrid and have teamed with Genesis Design – Build LLC. a Ft. Lauderdale, Florida Company, to form Cyclone Thermal Storage Genesis LLC, which will be a subsidiary of Cyclone Power Technologies. Cyclone will own 50% of the subsidiary and retain all the rights to all the patents relevant to thermal storage. The new subsidiary will have use of the patents and design and build the Thermal Storage Unit (TSU) for worldwide distribution using there proprietary technology. Their proprietary technology will be used for the construction of the new Cyclone TSU. It will store the heated Thermal Transfer Medium produced by Cyclone’s solar trough array.
The development of their new 1 Megawatt Microgrid product for the global Microgrid market and Cyclone’s role in it, is more identified in this detailed 22 minute YouTube presentation –

We will be working on establishing the customer base with all of Cyclone and Genesis technologies to become a major force in the worldwide Microgrid market. “We have had many meetings and conversations with solar engineers, solar manufacturers, and customers for remote locations, and have identified a real need for a Safe, 3 year payback, and 5 day storage capacity for the 1 Megawatt class and under Microgrid” stated Frankie Fruge, President of Cyclone. This is a great opportunity for Cyclone to get our engines and products into production. .
Cyclone has released the Mark 1 and Mark 3 engines to their contract manufacturers. Upon completion, the engines will be sent to TAW Power Systems, Inc. in Tampa Florida to be retrofitted with generators and then sent into Cyclone’s distribution channels.
Cyclone is now preparing for the next project which is being led by their new thermal storage technology and the recent need identified for a safer, more cost effective and more efficient alternative to solar photovoltaic panel based Microgrid systems that typically have storage limitations of only hours instead of days.

Genesis Design – Build LLC, with the Owner-President Joseph Dobos, has developed a new material for the construction of the Thermal Storage Unit for Cyclone’s new proprietary Thermal Storage Medium. This new product will revolutionize the Storage of Solar heat and other heat sources that can now be stored for use to run the Cyclone Engine to produce Electricity for days and nights after the sun or other heat sources are not available.

Cyclone is taking applications for additional distributors in Europe, South America, Africa, and Canada. Please email your inquiry to info@cyclonepower.com for the qualifying process.

About Cyclone Power Technologies
Cyclone Power Technologies is the developer of the award-winning Cyclone Engine – an all-fuel, clean-tech engine with the power and versatility to run everything from waste energy electric generators and solar thermal systems to cars, trucks and locomotives. Invented by company founder and Chairman Harry Schoell, the patented Cyclone Engine is a eco-friendly external combustion engine, ingeniously designed to achieve high thermal efficiencies through a compact heat-regenerative process, and to run on virtually any fuel - including bio-diesels, syngas or solar - while emitting fewer greenhouse gases and irritating pollutants into the air. The Cyclone Engine was recognized by Popular Science Magazine as the Invention of the Year for 2008, was included in a 2011 report by Popular Mechanics as an important waste energy technology for the future, and was twice presented with the Society of Automotive Engineers’ AEI Tech Award. Additionally, Cyclone was named Environmental Business of the Year by the Broward County Environmental Protection Department. For more information, visit www.cyclonepower.com
