KOTA KINABALU: Security forces from Malaysia and the Philippines had a brief meeting while on a trilateral patrol together with Indonesia in waters off Pulau Taganak and Sandakan on Friday (Aug 17).
The meeting between the Royal Malaysian Navy's KD Sri Tiga and the Philippine Navy's BRP Felix Apolinario at about 9.05am touched on issues including the persistent threats from cross-border criminals such as kidnap for ransom groups.
