An investor has purchased Colleyville Square, a 21,617-square-foot office property located at 6221 Colleyville Boulevard in Colleyville. Cody Payne and Ross L. Meisner with Marcus & Millichap brokered the sale.
A California investor has purchased the Chase Bank building on Denton Tap Road in Coppell. A New York investor who owned the building for five years sold the property. Jason Vitorino of Strive Real Estate brokered the sale.

Discount retailer Dirt Cheap has leased more than 24,000 square feet of retail space at 3161 Broadway Boulevard in Garland. JLL's Rob Franks negotiated the lease.
