This guy is desperate.

Heroic efforts by PM Abe to increase commercial and trade relations with Serbia and other Balkan states. Japanese must applaud his efforts to improve country's economy.

noted that its missiles have the capacity to reach Belgrade.

Shameful fearmongering at it's worst. After all the war and violence the people of the Balkans have been through over the decades, here is Abe lecturing to them about the "potential danger" of a missile aimed at them from Pyongyang. Abe is really scraping the bottom of the barrel now.

Small or unknown, Abe is not ignoring. Once upon a time, Japan, too, was a small unknown country.

I think its a good move by Abe. These countries seem to be off everyone's radar. I do not recall an Australian PM visiting these countries ever. I could be mistaken.

Can start by encouraging tourism between the countries and go from there.
