EAST LANSING – A month after the college basketball transfer portal window opened and less than two weeks before it closes, Michigan State hasn’t added any players to its roster and has been publicly connected to only a few targets.

That’s because the team is going through what Tom Izzo describes as a “delicate” process of improving a roster without sending it into chaos.
