Kansas State soccer, entering its ninth season in 2024, will play a 20-match schedule including two exhibition matches and an 11-match Big 12 slate, the school announced in a release on Monday. Among the 20 matches, K-State will play 10 matches at Buser Family Park.

K-State opens its 2024 schedule with a pair of exhibition matches. The Wildcats begin its exhibition slate at Missouri State on Saturday, Aug. 3, at 11 a.m. K-State concludes the exhibition matches with a visit from Arkansas on Saturday, Aug. 10, at 7 p.m.

Kansas State begins its 2024 non-conference schedule on Friday, Aug. 16, as the Wildcats host Boston College at 7 p.m. This will be the first meeting in the series between the schools.

The Wildcats take to the road for the first time in 2024 with a two-match trip to the Pacific Northwest. K-State will make their first trip to Portland, Oregon, to face Portland State on Thursday, Aug. 22. This will be the first meeting between the schools.

The weekend ends with a match at Gonzaga in Spokane, Washington on Sunday, Aug. 25. Gonzaga won the first meeting between the schools in 2019, 3-2 in overtime, in Manhattan.

K-State returns to Buser Family Park for a two-match home stand, as the Wildcats host Green Bay on Thursday, Aug. 29, at 7 p.m. K-State won the first meeting between the schools in the 2023 season-opener, 4-1, in Green Bay.

The Wildcats cap the home stand on Sunday, Sept. 1, as K-State welcomes in South Dakota at 1 p.m. K-State owns a 2-0-0 record against the Coyotes, capturing the first meeting between the teams in 2016 in Manhattan, 2-0, and winning at South Dakota in 2017, 1-0.

K-State wraps its non-conference schedule with a trip to Arkansas State on Thursday, Sept. 5, and a stop at Memphis on Sunday, Sept. 8.

Kansas State starts its 11-match Big 12 schedule on Thursday, Sept. 12, at 7 p.m., as the Wildcats host Colorado.

The following weekend, K-State treks to Morgantown, West Virginia, to face the Mountaineers on Thursday, Sept. 19, and caps the weekend on Sunday, Sept. 22, at Cincinnati.

K-State will play four of its next five matches at Buser Family Park, as the Wildcats host Texas Tech on Thursday, Sept. 26, at 7 p.m. The Wildcats will then host UCF on Sunday, Sept. 29, at 1 p.m.

Kansas State will then travel to Iowa State on Sunday, Oct. 6.

K-State hosts new league member Utah on Thursday, Oct. 10, at 7 p.m., and then welcomes in BYU on Monday, Oct. 14, at 7 p.m.

The Wildcats conclude its 2024 road schedule, as K-State visits Arizona State on Thursday, Oct. 17, and complete the weekend with a visit to Arizona on Sunday, Oct. 20.

The 2024 regular season schedule ends with the Dillons Sunflower Showdown against Sunflower State rival Kansas at Buser Family Park on Friday, Oct. 25, at 7 p.m.

The 2024 Sprouts Farmers Market Big 12 Soccer Championship will consist of 11 matches being contested between Oct. 30, Nov. 2, Nov. 6 and Nov. 9.

Expanding to 16 teams for the 2024 season, the top 12 squads will advance to the championship following the conclusion of Big 12 play with the top four seeds receiving a bye into the quarterfinals. This year’s championship matches will be held at CPKC Stadium in Kansas City, Missouri, home of the NWSL’s Kansas City Current.
