Nigeria will experience good train system with Lagos red rail lines – Seyi Law

Comedian Seyi Law is elated about the red rail lines as well as the opportunities and status it’ll accord Lagos State upon completion, stating Nigerians would finally be able to enjoy a global standard train system that works for the first time in their lives.

Lagos Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu on Wednesday assured Lagosians that the State’s Rail Mass Transit (LRMT) Red Line project will become a reality before May 29.

Sanwo-Olu gave the assurance when he inspected the project sites in Yaba and Ebute Meta where stations and vehicular bridge overpasses are sited.

He explained that the two train stations in the axis were at the advanced stages of completion and expressed satisfaction with the level of work on the project.

Seyi Law retweeted Sanwo-olu’s post where he shared a video of the project and how much progress has been made.

“Work in progress at the Yaba Flyover bridge and Train station, the Mushin Flyover bridge and Train station, the Oyingbo Flyover bridge and Train station, and the Fagba Train station. A Greater Lagos is indeed rising. #GreaterLagosRising”, the caption of the video reads.

The comedy merchant, while reacting to the clip of the project highlighted the opportunity it’ll afford to children who come from different states across the country for an excursion.

“Thank God for Lagos o. Some children won’t have to travel out of Nigeria to experience a good train system for the first time in their lives”, Seyi Law tweeted.

“Children from other states will be coming to Lagos for train excursions until their governors decide to be wise,” he wrote.
