Some of the city's bars and restaurants are turning up the heat for Sydney WorldPride in style.
Two exciting new pop-up dining experiences are taking Sydney by storm. First up is Rancho Seltzo, a candy-hued bar inspired by the works of American photographer Slim Aaron.
With a distinct Palm Springs vibe - think vibrant clusters of cacti and bright murals - the bar has set up shop on the ground floor of Pacific Bondi Beach.
Chef Elliott Pinn is at the helm with dishes like charred lamb shoulder with spiced yoghurt, while beverage director Jason William is behind the thirst-quenching cocktail menu, replete with daiquiris and frozen margaritas.
If you want to dial up the party vibe, book a table at Luke's Kitchen, which is set to turn its Saturday brunch on its head, transforming it into a disco-style extravaganza, complete with live music and drag queens.
Featuring a five-course set menu and bottomless glasses of sparkling rosé, the Saturday brunches will take place from February 4 to March 4 - to celebrate the Sydney WorldPride festival.
Spots are limited so now would be the time to book.
