“Trixie Motel” premieres on Discovery+ on Friday, June 3.
The new eight-episode series follows drag superstar Trixie Mattel and her partner and property co-owner, David Silver, as they purchase a mid-century motel in Palm Springs, California. Mattel’s team transforms a run-down motel and revamps it into a retro-themed oasis. The team of professional designers will give each room a new look with a different theme.
“Trixie Motel” will include guest appearances by Lisa Vanderpump, comedian Nicole Byer, actor and musician Zooey Deschanel, “Property Brothers” co-host Jonathan Scott, drag queen/partner in crime Katya, award-winning actor Leslie Jordan, musician and model Iggy Azalea, actor and television host Jonathan Bennett, and musician Belinda Carlisle.
