It appears it will be up to the state Supreme Court to draw new congressional district maps despite Republicans in the state legislature approving maps Thursday.The House narrowly passed the Republican-drawn plan, on a 176-171 vote.The measure then passed the Senate on a party-line vote. But, under this map, both incumbents would live in the same district.Earlier Thursday, a group of Republicans, including former congressman Frank Guinta, came out against the map because it puts Manchester into the Second Congressional District.Gov. Chris Sununu said he will veto this latest map because he does not think it will result in fair races.
