While Tirana prepares to host the UEFA Conference League final on May 25, tourism experts say city’s hotels are hiking their prices to meet the increased demand.

As Albania’s capital braces for perhaps the most important football event it has ever hosted, on May 25, hotel prices for fans who have booked places in the stands have predictably soared.

That day, Tirana’s newly reconstructed Air Albania stadium will host UEFA’s Conference League final between Italian giant AS Roma and Dutch team Feyenoord.
