Stocks in the news: Infy, IB Housing, MTAR Tech, Adani Green and Zee Group stocks

Nifty futures on the Singapore Exchange traded merely 08 points, or 0.05 per cent lower at 17,553.50, signaling that Dalal Street was headed for a flat start on Wednesday. Here are a dozen stocks which may buzz the most in today's trade:

Infosys: The IT services major announced its collaboration with digital workflow company ServiceNow to provide enterprise-level service management for customers in manufacturing industries.

Kotak Mahindra Bank: The private lender announced its foray into the healthcare lending space, where it will be taking exposures of up to Rs 15 crore apiece.

Indiabulls Housing Finance: The NBFC said it will raise USD 165 million by issuing foreign currency convertible bonds (FCCBs). The decision was taken at a meeting of the Securities Issuance Committee of the company held on September 21, 2021.

KEC International: The engineering, procurement and construction major said it has bagged orders worth Rs 1,157 crore across its various businesses. In the transmission and distribution segment, the RPG Group company bagged orders worth Rs 663 crore for projects in the Middle East, Africa, and the Americas.

Adani Green Energy: Unveiling his infrastructure conglomerate's green vision, billionaire Gautam Adani said his group will invest USD 20 billion over the next 10 years in renewable energy generation and component manufacturing and will produce the world's cheapest green electron.

Torrent Power: The power firm announced that it has inked a share purchase pact to acquire 156 MW wind power projects for about Rs 790 crore from Surya Vidyut, an arm of CESC.

Union Bank of India: The PSU lender said it has bagged pension disbursement mandate from North Delhi Municipal Corporation.Union Bank of India has entered into an agreement with NDMC for pension disbursal of their retired employees.

Sterling and Wilson Solar: The Shapoorji Pallonji Group company said it has commissioned 66 MWp Al Husainiyah solar power plant in Jordan. The project will save around 50,000 tonne of carbon emissions annually.

MTAR Technologies: The company received NADCAP Certification for its 100% EOU & Unit 5 in Telangana for 12 months until November 2022.

Zee Group: After Zee Entertainment and Dish TV, the Subhash Chandra family is bracing for another shareholder activism at Zee Learn and Zee Media Corporation ahead of their soon to be convened extraordinary general body meeting.

Nucleus Software: The IT software player said that its board will consider buyback of shares on Friday.

Surya Roshni: The diversified company has received order of Rs 41.22 crore for implementing of smart LED street lights and installation of centralized monitoring system with operation and maintenance from Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIOA).

Vikas Lifecare: The agro products division of the trading and distribution company has received the largest single export order to date, amounting $1 million.

Shriram City Union Finance: Acacia II Partners LP & Others sold 3 lakh equity shares in the company via open market transaction, reducing shareholding to 3.01 per cent from 3.46 per cent earlier.
