A Louisville man has been arrested in connection to a deadly shooting in February.Kenyatta James, 43, was arrested Wednesday on a charge of murder at his home on Rockford Lane, according to an arrest citation from the Louisville Metro Police Department.The shooting happened Feb. 5 in the 2300 block of West Madison Street in the Russell neighborhood. Investigators said the victim -- Stepfon Monroe -- was found shot to death when officers arrived.According to court records, the shooting occurred at the home of Monroe.Police said James and Monroe were involved in an argument over James' daughter. During the argument, James was initially on the phone with Monroe and then went to the victim's home, according to court records.At the home, investigators said James brandished a gun outside and then shot Monroe several times, resulting in his death, detectives said.The LMPD had been investigating the shooting over the past few months, and it wasn't until Wednesday that James was taken into custody on a warrant.James is being held on a $100,000 bond.Additional details about the investigation have not been released.
