Farmacorp, one of Bolivia's biggest pharmacy chains, is deploying Reflexis Q-Walk, a store audit mobile solution across 100 locations to streamline on-site inspections and automatically prescribe corrective action.

Reflexis Q-Walk, from Reflexis Systems, which is part of Zebra Technologies, is a workforce management solution for multi-site businesses in retail, banking, hospitality and foodservice, according to a press release.

Farmacorp will leverage Reflexis Q-Walk to automate its on-site inspection and audit processes, giving field managers intelligent, location-specific reports. With this real-time data, managers can drill down and quickly understand how a specific location is performing compared to corporate expectations and peer stores.

"We're excited to work with Reflexis Systems to modernize our in-store inspections and take real-time, corrective actions," aid Andrés Valdivieso, Farmacorp CIO, said in the release. "Q-Walk's mobile capabilities will unleash our front-line associates to respond quickly to resolve any identified issues, improving the customer experience."

Q-Walk allows store managers to create standardized question sets and surveys for all critical functions at locations, including cleanliness, merchandising sets, loss prevention and compliance. With mobile on-site audits, field managers can more consistently identify non-compliance while corporate stakeholders have real-time visibility into inspection results and corrective actions.
