Jordan- 4 injured in two- vehicle crash in Madaba

Madaba, May 26 (Petra) - Four people were injured on Sunday in a two-vehicle collision in Umm al-Amad in Madaba governorate, southwest of Amman, the Civil Defense Department (CDD) media office said in a statement.
CDD said rescue teams administered first to 3 injured people, who sustained various cuts and bruises, and to another man who suffered minor burns resulted from the burning of one of the two vehicles.
"Firefighters rushed to the scene, extinguished the fire that reached a number of trees planted along the road, and prevented it from extending more, the statement said .
The injured people and burned man were evacuated to Al-Nadim Public Hospital, where they were listed in moderate conditions, the statement added.
