OKX Wallet Now Supported by the Arbitrum Bridge

OKX Wallet is now supported by the Arbitrum Bridge. This enables the OKX Web3 community to connect to the Arbitrum Bridge, providing a secure channel for connecting Ethereum’s Layer 1 mainnet with the Layer 2 Arbitrum Rollup.

To connect to the Arbitrum Bridge, users can simply select ‘Connect Wallet’ and ‘OKX Wallet,’ then log into the OKX Wallet via web extension on Chrome or Firefox.

The Arbitrum Bridge is a solution that allows users to bridge from Ethereum to Arbitrum and other networks using the Arbitrum stack, also known as orbit chains. The Arbitrum Bridge promotes interoperability among blockchains and enhances the ease of transferring digital assets.

Arbitrum is a popular Ethereum Layer 2 scaling solution that uses a method called “optimistic rollup.” In this method, smart contracts are executed off-chain, and only the final output is posted to the Ethereum blockchain. This approach significantly increases transaction throughput, making it faster and cheaper compared to Ethereum. Arbitrum is also an Ethereum-equivalent blockchain, making it easy for developers to migrate their applications from the Ethereum chain.
