For the second consecutive year, the Mona School

of Business &Management, University of the West Indies, has endorsed the Global Leadership Summit videocast to be hosted by the Hope Fellowship Church, 23 Molynes Road, Kingston, on Thursday, October 25, beginning at 8 a.m. with registration.

Under the theme 'Everyone Has Influence', participants at this year's summit will gain fresh, actionable ideas in the one-day experience that promises to be a unique blend of vision, inspiration and practical skills that can be immediately applied.

"In fact, the Global Leadership Summit is more than an event;

it is designed to be a vital leadership resource that individuals and organisations can use to increase their influence and transform their lives, their organisations and their communities," said Sam McCook, pastor of the Hope Fellowship Church.

PINTO'SINVOLVEMENT

"Last year, we were privileged to have Luis Pinto, who is in charge of the Caribbean and Latin America for Global Leadership Summit, join us in the one-day summit at Hope Fellowship. He was pleased with the comfortable setting, the professional level of event planning, the skills of the local facilitator and the response we got from participants, who represented the church, corporate Jamaica and civil society."

Among the most recognised speakers this year will be TJ Jakes, founder of the Potter's House and author of the New York Times bestseller, Soar! Build Your Vision From The Ground Up; John C. Maxwell, leadership expert; and Simon Sinek, author of Start With Why: How Great Leaders Inspire Everyone To Take Action.

The other speakers will include: Carla Harris, vice-chairman, Morgan Stanley; Danielle Strickland Pastor, author and justice advocate; Danny Meyer, restaurateur; Craig Groschel, senior pastor, Life Church; Strive Masiyiwa, Zimbabwean founder of telecoms giant Econet Wireless and Econet Media; Erwin McManus, author, film-maker, and lead pastor of Mosaic; and Rasmus Ankersen, former football player, now speaker and adviser to businesses and athletes.

The Global Leadership Summit is also being held simultaneously in Montego Bay at the Montego Bay Convention Centre.

Registration for both locations are now open and can be done online at www.glsjamaica.com.
