Noncritical violations: Two cold-holding units are not maintaining food temperatures of 41 degrees or below. The lid of a chest-type freezer is damaged and no longer smooth and easily cleanable. The three-compartment sink is missing drain boards.

Noncritical violations: Employees were not wearing effective hair restraints. Floor tiles need repair or replacement in the customer area, repeat violation. The retail food permit was not posted in customer view.
