One person rescued from single-vehicle crash in Oxnard

One person was rescued from a single-vehicle crash Saturday night in Oxnard.

The crash was reported at 10:12 p.m. in the area of North Rose Avenue near East Stroube Street.

The occupant was extricated from the vehicle at 10:25 p.m., according to the Ventura County Fire Department. They were transported in unknown condition to a local hospital. No other injuries were reported from the crash.

Southern California Edison was called to the scene due to the vehicle damaging a nearby power pole.

The cause of the crash was under investigation.
