The audio of a 911 call has revealed the moment a seven-year-old boy found his mother's body after she was shot dead alongside her brother in 2016.

Brenda Kenison and her brother, Danny Kenison, were both found dead in their Spokane, Washington, home in August 2016.

The dispatcher then asks the child for his address.

'Can you please come? Pleas come and call the cops and please come here,' the child tells the dispatcher.

She then tells Cooper that he needs to tell her where he is so that she can send help.

'I'm at uncle Danny's house,' Cooper, now nine, is heard saying.

Brenda had just strapped her seven-year-old son into a car seat for the ride to school when a car pulled up behind hers and blocked the driveway, according to court documents.

Her ex-boyfriend, Gilberto Delgado, then emerged from the car and started arguing with her.

Delgado, then chased her into the house where she was living with her brother after leaving Boise, Idaho, seeking a new life.

He allegedly used a .22-caliber handgun to shoot Brenda and her brother Danny to death before fleeing the scene.

Delgado was arrested in the parking lot of a Taco Bell in Blackfoot, Idaho, a day later.

Authorities said at the time that Cooper, who was unharmed, unbuckled himself from the car seat and went into the house — discovering the bodies.

The child then used his uncle's phone to call 911. He also identified Delgado as the suspect, the documents said.

Delgado, 46, was described as a violent felon who was released from an Idaho prison in October 2015, according to Idaho prison records.

He had Brenda's name tattooed on his forearm but she broke up with him in the spring of 2015 when she learned about his criminal past.

She then moved from Idaho to Washington to start a new life with her son.

Sheriff's deputies arrived at the home within minutes of the shootings and coaxed the scared boy out.

Danny died from a gunshot wound to his abdomen, a medical examiner reported.

His sister died from several gunshot wounds.

The boy was immediately reunited with his father, Lance Kolbet, in Pocatello, Idaho.

Kolbet told Fox News that he 'listened first hand from Cooper everything that happened. It's horrible, but we got him'.

Delgado is currently being held in jail on $1million bond. His trial in the double-murder is expected to begin in October.
