Highway crash leaves multiple people injured

Saturday afternoon sheriff and medical personnel responded to a multiple car accident on Highway 92 near 220th street in Iowa.

As many as six people were injured in the crash near Lewis Township with at least one needing to be transported via Lifenet.

Highway 92 was closed for multiple hours while authorities investigated.

The cause of the crash is still under investigation.

The condition of the injured parties is still unknown at this time.
