Three men have been arrested in a shooting that claimed the lives of two people in Swissvale Tuesday afternoon, including a 7-year-old boy.The shooting was reported in the 1900 block of Columbia Avenue in Swissvale at approximately 4:30 p.m.A 29-year-old man was pronounced dead at the scene and the child died of his injuries at the hospital, police said.Police have arrested Donavan Wilson, 23, Brandon Barnett, 26, and Jacqua Barnett, 30 in connection with the shooting. They are charged with two counts of homicide and conspiracy.However, Jacqua's attorney says he was not present during the shooting, "all he was doing was going to about to get a haircut and he learned of his brother being shot and taking him to the hospital", says Phil Dilucente. "He knows nothing else about the events of this evening."According to police, Brandon Barnett was injured and at last check was in the hospital. Police said there appeared to have been an exchange of gunfire during the incident, which occurred in a home.
