Routes 18 and 551 in Beaver Falls are back open after a crash involving a vehicle and a tractor-trailer shut down the roadways from 4:30 to 7 a.m.One person was flown to the hospital after the vehicle was pinned under the trailer of the semi-truck. That person's condition is unknown Friday morning.State Police are investigating what caused the collision.
