KUALA LUMPUR: Wanita Pakatan Harapan targets 30% of the coalition’s general election candidates to be women, but admits it is a difficult goal to achieve.
“We are guided by the minimum 30%, but we realise there is some difficulty in reaching this number, so our realistic target is more female candidates this time compared to the last general election,” said Wanita DAP chairman Chong Eng at a press conference yesterday.
