Green Bay Packers vs. Cleveland Browns: Sounds from visitors locker room (photos)

CLEVELAND, Ohio -- Here's what the Green Bay Packers had to say after their 27-21 overtime victory over the Cleveland Browns on Sunday at FirstEnergy Stadium.

WR Davante Adams

On how clutch this team is:

"Clearly very clutch. We've had some critical moments, and have guys stepping up and making big plays. (QB) Brett (Hundley) did a really good job today. We have a lot of clutch in our DNA over here. I've said, it's not in our DNA to give up. It wasn't looking like it was in our favor late in the fourth quarter, but we continued to fight and get it done."

On QB Brett Hundley:

"I think those clutch situations, when it calls for someone to step up and make a play, that's what brings out the best in him. You can see it in his eyes. You can see it in the huddle. He commands the huddle well in those situations, and to be a young guy, that's really impressive to see that."

On his game-tying touchdown and his game-winning touchdown:

"I got a good release off of 30 (Browns DB Jason McCourty) on the first one.  Brett threw a great ball over the back shoulder, and it looked easy because it was - based on the ball and the placement he put it. The second one, it was really a play to get us closer and in field goal range. I broke a tackle and saw the end zone so I had to burst and get it."

OL David Bakhtiari

On the win:

"You have to give credit to their run defense. They have a great scheme and they were able to keep us from getting into a rhythm. You have to tip your hat to them. We were able to adjust in the second half with the kind of plays we wanted to run."

On making key plays at key times:

"We are like a zombie; we refuse to go down. That's a nice characteristic you want from a team when physically, the injuries are piling up. I don't know what percentage we've had with back-to-back overtime games and having two walk-offs. It's definitely a momentum builder."

WR Jordy Nelson

On the impact that QB Brett Hundley has had:

"Brett is just a grinder. He doesn't get down on himself, and he's had a lot thrown at him in this situation. He stayed steady throughout the whole thing and it shows why he was successful at UCLA and why he'll be successful in this league. He stays level headed."

On the execution today:

"Everyone executed. That's what it came down to. It probably wasn't the most explosive offense, but we stayed managing the down and distance, Brett was making some throws and we were making some catches. We converted some first downs which was key. You have a plan coming in, but you never know how the game is going to go."

On the 65-yard punt return by WR Trevor Davis:

"It brings energy, but your chances of scoring a touchdown skyrockets. It was big for us. Hats off to him. He stayed alive when it looked like he was stuck three or four times, but he stayed aggressive and has done a great on the return game all year."

RB Jamal Williams

On WR Trevor Davis' punt return:

"We got them - that's what I thought. I thought he was about to score. It was a great play from Trev."

On how clutch this team is:

"I think we embrace these moments and we aren't scared of them. We aren't scared to fail. We know if we do our job and execute, it just takes one time."

On QB Brett Hundley:

"That last drive when we tied it up, that boy came with some fire. He's always had that fire. We always believe in Brett. This is what Brett does. I'm just glad he had this opportunity to get a come-back win and in overtime."

Packers QB Brett Hundley

On the fourth down play confusion with the running back:

"That was on me. With the call and stuff like that, just a bad execution on my part."

On how he thought he's done as the starter since QB Aaron Rodgers' injury:

"My number one thought going into it was to keep our hopes alive and make the playoffs. We're still in it. At the end of the day, whatever happens, happens. I'm just here and if my number is called upon, I'll be ready. It was my number one goal and we're still in it."

On doing well in overtime and late situations:

"It's just crunch time situations. Big time players make big time plays. My dad used to say that over and over growing up and that's where it resonates in these kinds of situations with me. It's still football. You just have to perform. I wish we could do this from the start and just carry it forward for 60 minutes, but we did what we have to do."

On passing more as the game went on:

"I was happy. When we throw the ball that many times, I'm always happy with that. We got it going at the end and we started opening things up and spreading people out."

On the throw to WR Davante Adams to tie the game:

"That's just my brother, man. We got a good connection and Davante is one heck of a good receiver. He showed it again today. It's fun throwing him the ball. When you have three horses like we do out there like (WR) Jordy (Nelson), (WR) Randall (Cobb), and Davante, I like any one of them in that situation. Davante made a good play on the ball and scored the touchdown."

Packers coach Mike McCarthy:

On whether the decision to challenge the Browns' third down was confidence or a slow replay:

"It was a combination of both. I mean, obviously, there was a little over two minutes there so we had one timeout so it's the risk-reward thing if it's worth it even though you don't have a good view of it. On the sideline, the ball was clearly moving. I know I saw that. I was talking to one official and he told me that the ball was moving, but he didn't think it hit the ground. I knew it was a smart challenge. The information from the box and sideline was to challenge, so it was good game management. I look forward to reading about it in the paper."
