Haiti - FLASH : President Moïse appoints acting Commander-in-Chief of the Army of Haiti

Following the decree published Thursday https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-22727-haiti-flash-army-jovenel-moise-establishes-an-interim-command.html Establishing an Interim Command for the Armed Forces of Haiti, Friday, November 17, 2017, President Jovenel Moise published in the official journal Le Moniteur No 179, a decree appointing the former colonel of the FADH, Jodel Lesage (63 years) , as Acting Commander-in-Chief of the Haitian Armed Forces with the rank of Lieutenant-General.
His mission will be to establish the High Staff.
