A Bolivian footballer fought with his own coach after being substituted after just 33 minutes.

Nacional Potosi player Tiago Dos Santos saw his number raised on the fourth official's board after just over half an hour of the game against Sport Boys on Tuesday evening.

And he was clearly not happy as a result, starting an argument with his manager on the touchline.

Dos Santos' team-mates surrounded him and stopped him from attacking the manager.

At one juncture, with his team-mates and officials holding him back, Dos Santos even aimed a kick towards his boss as he continued to protest the decision.

As a result, he was sent off by the referee for unsportsmanlike behaviour.

That meant his replacement, Isaias Dury, was unable to come on and Nacional were down to 10 men for the rest of the game.

When Dos Santos was substituted off, the scores were level at 0-0. With a man less, Nacional were unable to stay in the game and ended up losing the game to Sport Boys 4-0.
