A convicted felon was the life of the party at a jail in the Dominican Republic as he was seen on an Instagram video grinding in his prison cell surrounded by two women and strobe lights.

And just a couple of days earlier, another prisoner flaunted the relaxed life of inmates on the Caribbean island by sharing a video from his cell showing off a handgun and an impressive collection of sneakers. 

Vicente Gabriel 'El Ruso' Tineo Fernández was recorded by another person dancing with two women as loud music rocked a small jail cell lit up with strobe lights at the Concepción Public Penitentiary in La Vega, the third largest city in the Dominican Republic.

The astonishing footage showed a singing El Ruso taking turns to grind on his two visitors while the bright lights flashed across the room in a scene reminiscent of a nightclub.

His privileged life in prison also includes a large screen TV with what appeared to be access to cable television.

According to local media outlets, Tineo Fernández was serving a 20-year sentence for killing a fellow inmate at the same prison.

In an attempt to restore order, the murderer was transferred Wednesday to another detention facility under order of the office of Attorney General Jean Alain Rodríguez.

The lack of institutional forced Rodríguez to announce the suspension of Hairo Jiménez from his duties as warden.

A separate shocking video went viral days before Tineo Fernández's party life was revealed as an inmate at a jail in Montecristi used a cellphone to brag about his firearm.

It is unknown how Luis García Fernández, who is serving a robbery sentence, was able to gain access of the deadly weapon. 

Prison officials said the video was recorded a year ago and that the weapon was no longer in the facility.

García Fernández also offered a panoramic view into his life behind bars by offering boasting about his impressive Air Jordan sneaker collection.

The disgraceful incident also led to the suspension of Niurka María Guzmán as warden of the Montecristi Public Penitentiary.

García Fernández, also known as 'El Guardia,' or 'The Guard,' was sent to another jail to serve out his sentence.
