Polk County Attorney John Sarcone told KCCI a grand jury decided not to indict officers in the shooting death of 29-year-old Tiffany Potter.
Officers Brian Buck, Brandon Holtan and Brady Pratt were on paid administrative leave.
According to police, officers tried to pull over Potter in the early morning hours of July 5.
She drove off and pulled into a driveway on East 14th Street. When she got out of the car, she fired at officers, according to court documents.
Officers fired back, killing her.
Earlier this year, Potter had been booked in the Polk County Jail three times for driving while suspended, weapon and drug charges.
