CLYDE HILL, Wash. - Police in Clyde Hill are investigating a stunning crime - the alleged rape of an 8th-grade girl while she was at a house party in Yarrow Point.

It happened back in early April, but documents describing the alleged assault were just filed this week in King County Superior Court.

The 14-year-old girl told investigators she'd been drinking heavily and had found a place to sleep at the house. When she woke up the next morning she told police there were signs she had been sexually assaulted, court documents say.

She then learned that others had been searching for her during the party the night before because she was "missing" for about an hour.

Photos then surfaced on social media backing up her claim that she had been raped and evidence that two 16-year-old boys from Bellevue High School were involved, according to court documents.

The girl underwent a physical examination at Harborview Medical Center, which corroborated her statement that she had been sexually assaulted.

So far, police will not say if they've made any arrests in the case - only that its an "open investigation."

But court documents say there may be evidence of the alleged rape on one of the boys' cell phones.
